职位描述：
1、负责手机游戏项目整体、分支目标的制定与分配，并能高效保证各项目标的顺利推进；
2、负责手机游戏运营相关的产品、技术、市场类文档和素材的翻译跟进；
3、负责手机游戏英文版本本地化跟进；
4、负责与开发商的关系维护，收集和整理欧美手机游戏市场信息及产品信息；
5、负责所有与开发商相关的需求管理及有效推动。

岗位要求：
1、熟悉办公工具，如Google Apps，JIRA等。
2、出色的英语口语和笔译能力，具有较强的文字组织能力和商务谈判能力；
3、有丰富的游戏经历，有2年以上欧美游戏项目管理经验；
4、熟悉游戏类、社区类网站中的常有名词、专业术语和规范；
5、积极主动，团队合作意识强，善于沟通及表达，能承担较强的工作压力；
6、能适应出差国内以及到海外地区；能独立完成运营游戏相关工作者为佳；
7、具有海外留学经历，并了解欧美文化习惯优先

Job Description：
1.Manage game project as a whole; set and assign branch tasks; monitor and make sure the project is moving towards our goal.
2.Translate, deliver and follow up the documents and artwork of product, technology and marketing.
3.Manage localization programs (to English version).
4.Work closely with game developers and foster good relationships with them; manage tasks and make assure the output.
5.Study mobile game market in the west and analyze competitors.
6.Standardize and regularize the workflow of a project. Improve work efficiency.

Job Requirements：
1.Familiar with Office Tools, e.g. Google Apps, JIRA, etc.
2.Comfortable with spoken and written English; strong in negotiation and communication.
3.Must be a player; at least 2 years’ experience in project management in game industry (in the western market).
4.Familiar with terminology in game operation, social media and mobile apps.
5.Self-motivated, stress tolerant and adaptable.
6.Good at team working.
7.Can handle frequent business trips.
8.Understand western culture, overseas experience is a bonus
