Firefly Games is looking for a Marketing and User Acquisition Intern to assist and support our Marketing and User Acquisition team on marketing data analysis, user acquisition of mobile users, campaign optimization, ad channel management, marketing partnerships development and maintenance, etc.

Collaboration and creativity are critical components to success at Firefly. Our teams function in a fast-paced, open environment where change is constant and ambiguity and nuance reign. This is an excellent opportunity where you will be learning not only how to tackle these challenges from our Marketing Specialist and Director of Marketing, but also the different aspects of traditional marketing, corporate communication, public relations and performance marketing.

If you are interested in getting involved in the international mobile gaming industry, this internship will be a great career start for you, with coordination and collaboration with all other internal teams within Firefly to drive marketing and UA efforts for both soft-launch and live titles, you will have a strong visibility of the fastest growing mobile game markets in Asia and the US.

Internship Qualifications

•       A genuine interest in being involved in a consumer-focused cross-functional marketing role, with strong interest in mobile marketing/gaming

•       Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and excellent interpersonal skills

•       Strong in Excel, and familiar with Microsoft Office productivity software such as Word, PowerPoint, etc.

•       For student applicants: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or related field

•       For non-student applicants: Must at least have a Bachelor’s degree at the start of the internship in a discipline related to the relevant field

•       Must be eligible to work in the United States

•       Understanding of the gaming and/or mobile app space a strong plus

•       Able to multi-task with exceptional problem-solving, organizational, time and resource management skills

•       Data-minded with an understanding of revenue and growth, an analytical mindset is a must

•       Must demonstrate attention to detail with a well-organized, highly results-driven and self-motivated mindset

•       Must be open to learning in a team environment and willing to take on responsibilities for your own projects

•       Passionate for games is a huge plus
